Role Overview

We're looking for a Sales Manager to own Geekonomy's revenue pipeline end-to-end. From prospecting and outreach to closing, and everything in between. You will be the primary driver of business growth, managing the full sales cycle while building and leading a small but growing sales team.

This is a high-ownership role suited for someone who can sell independently, think strategically and develop a repeatable sales motion for a B2B tech and marketing services company.

 

Key Responsibilities

       Own the entire sales cycle — prospecting, outreach, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure

       Build, manage, and mentor the sales team (BDRs/interns) with clear targets and processes

       Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools

       Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Geekonomy’s service verticals — Design, Development, and Digital Marketing

       Collaborate with internal delivery teams to build compelling proposals and pitches

       Track sales performance metrics and report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts

       Represent Geekonomy at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities

       Develop and refine the outreach playbook, sales scripts, and pitch decks

 

What We’re Looking For

       4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech, digital, or marketing services

       Proven track record of closing deals and consistently hitting or exceeding targets

       Experience managing or mentoring a sales team

       Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

       Comfort with selling across long and complex sales cycles

       Familiarity with CRM tools

       Ability to understand client business problems and position solutions — not just features

       Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset

 

Good to Have

       Prior experience in a startup or growth-stage companies

       Network within SMEs, D2C brands, or mid-sized businesses (Geekonomy’s primary client profile)

       Experience in marketing, SaaS, or tech services sales
