As our Social Media Manager, you'll lead the planning, creation, and execution of content across multiple platforms and brands. You'll stay ahead of trends, craft engaging campaigns, and turn audience insights into meaningful engagement. Beyond posting content, you'll help shape brand perception, build communities, and drive measurable outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the creative and analytical sides of social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client and business objectives.
- Manage and oversee social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create content calendars and coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams for content production.
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and content briefs.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging platform features.
- Plan and execute organic growth campaigns.
- Manage community engagement, including comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to support paid campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media communications.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide strategic recommendations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube algorithms.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite and Metal Pixel platforms.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video content workflows.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of performance marketing and lead generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Experience in B2B marketing and personal branding.
